The staff here are incredibly sweet. I checked in late due to a death in the family and they left me a singing card signed by the whole staff and a little snow globe! I'll certainly be back :)
Love Joie de vive hotels and definitely recommend this one. Also found great local taxi co that is good rates, reliable, so nice and an actual Sherpa! Everest Cab 408-990-6224
Best service at any hotel , hands down. Try the Sun-Thurs wine and cheese (and local microbrewery beer ) free happy hour in the lobby starting at 6:30pm and meet yourself some Silicon Valley visitors ( Read more
PLAY WITH THE TOYS in the room (who doesn't like an etch-a-sketch) and make use of the perfectly heated pool !
Service is excellent. They work hard for your love. The rooms have brainy toys . Free wifi is okay at best and limited to 3 devices. They need to change that.
The oatmeal at the complimentary breakfast is the bomb! I like it lumpy, and this stuff you can eat with a fork! For more watery, add milk--it still tastes awesome.
Friendly staff . Daily happy hour . Clean rooms and a very nice hotel for the price.
Fantastic customer service. Ask for Emmanuel. He is awesome. Great find in mountain view.
Wine and cheese Sun - Thur. Full breakfast included. Free internet. Puzzles in desk in room. Soviet post-industrial art decorates hallways.
Love this place, but be warned: It doesn't have a restaurant and really isn't within walking distance of Castro St. Be prepared to take cabs...or @uber.
Definitely not what it seems from the outside. The rooms are so cute and comfy . Art is great, staff are really nice.
In-room toy box comes with a yo-yo, Etch A Sketch and a Rubik's Cube for the brainy entrepreneurs.
Skip the faux eggs and stick with the oatmeal . Coffee is surprisingly acceptable, but if you're looking for a great cup nearby try Dana St. Roasters.
The Hotel appears like it has missed a few renovations/refurbishments. Breakfast us tolerable, coffee is ok. Wifi speed is fast compared to dial up.
Nice place. Breakfast is good. Wifi works great. Nice staff . Beds are eh.
Nice Rooms ,liked the coffee
Nice hotel and convenient location!
The fruit at breakfast is actually quite good. I can't say the same for the eggs though. As the previous tipster said, coffee is not too bad.
Nice hotel , good rooms, great breakfast , free massage ..I stayed here few months back.
Meeting with Google? This is your place.

There are puzzles in the closet. Awesome.
Terrible Internet connection . If that's important to you, stay elsewhere. (AT&T has a bad signal too, but that's not the hotel 's fault.)
It's really quite good for being a minimal free breakfast bar. Two changes I would make are: 1) softer scrambled eggs; and 2) an espresso/cappuccino machine. - Doc Searls
The complimentary breakfast is amazing and is a buffet unlike most hotels. The staff is very friendly and humble and you always feel at home and comfortable. They have a fitness center as well. - Pranav Prakash
The complementary breakfast is exceptional. It includes cereal, bagels, toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon, fruit, and more. - Joshua Sortino
You get what u expect from any in n out, deliciousness! The shakes are perfect to end your meal - Joseph Calandria
Fun, stimulating way to get a thorough overview of the history of computing all the way back to the abacus! Make it a day trip — there's quite a lot to see. - Tom Maxwell
