Facilities, machines and space are great. I recommend it for beginners not for advance at all. Ema's classes are the best. Emily's yoga is relaxing and nice. Andreea is really good too!

I ???????? RAW. My muscles give me more each time... just for believing in them ✨ Hard kind of fun that makes you feel beaten up but strong all at once when you are done.

تنوع الكلاسات رائع. ويكفي الجو العام للجيم يخليك نشيطة وتجين دايم.ما شفت الزحمة اللي يتكلمون عنها هنا. العدد معقول. والجيم مفتوح طول الاسبوع الا يوم الجمعة.

للأسف صار سيء،تسجل مع مدربة وفجأة تدخل عليك مدربة الأغلبية مايبغون كلاساتها، صالة التدريب حر ويدخلون أعداد كبيرة في الكلاس وفوق كذا غيروا أوقات الكلاسات وماصارت تناسبنا وماياخذون أبد برأي المتدربات!!

زحمه والمكان ضيق والكلاسات دايما فل ! ياليت يفتحون فروع اكثر خاصه بشرق الرياض عشان نرتاح احنا يااحياء الشمال !

التسجيل من ٦-١٢ شهر، ٦ شهور تقدرين توقفين الاشتراك فقط لمدة شهر بتقريبا ١٧٠ريال وال١٢شهر توقفين لمدة شهرين بحوالي١٥٠ريال.
