Actually the drive thru is fast even when the line is long.
The baristas will help you find your perfect drink. If you ask them to surprise you they will often give you a fully loaded drink without charging for the extras.

The service is okay, I always seem to get the cranky barista. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan anyway, would rather go to a local coffee house .
I recommend going in, it's faster then drive thru :)
If there are more than three cars in the drive in, there's an 80% chance that it's faster to park and go in.
