Shops on the ground floor, cafe on the 2nd floor, hotel rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. Reception is on the 3rd floor.
Their resto, The Avenue , needs a lot of work. A bit sad and dreary for a new hotel .

Great ambiance, cozy rooms, comfortable beds! Lovely and courteous staff. Just a slight niggle - the hot shower isn't hot please fix!! Otherwise had a great stay and would definitely come back. - Aurora A.
