I LOVE my gym LAKEFOREST SPORT&HEALTH IN GAITHERSBURG MARYLAND. Great personal trainers , staffs and enthusiastic gym members. Mr. Adam GM works very hard to make the better gym . I give it five stars.
I like that they upgraded on new equipment, they should do the same with their front desk staff . Preferably ones with brains.
Try to get there before 4:30 pm or after 8 pm on weekdays. It's always way too crowded in between.
Parking lot is a nightmare. Park at the mall and walk over!
Bring a towel, they'll try to charge you a dollar to use theirs.
