Lovely place. The top two floors (rooms 11 and 12) have no elevator but they are the suites so have two televisions and a sitting room and lots of space.
Yes 1201 suite has a great balcony over looking the city .
The standard rooms are nicely decorated, but have windows. None. If you are claustrophobic make sure you request room with a window.

The best dimsum place i'v tried in VN. Rate 4.5/5 for me. They were awarded also. In weekday its perfectly fine but i avoid the buffet on Sunday as foods at buffet bars always turn cold & degraded. - Trang Nguyen
Beautiful and classy hotel, stay here or either visit. There plenty of good restaurants to visit. We dine at le club and it was very tasty. The best choice in Hanoi no doubt! - Alk Reyna ????????
Happy hour between 10 and 4 for local beer and soft drinks! Their croque Monsieur and fried noodles are large servings and lovely. Love the location and staff are wonderful. Very safe for kids! - Cheryl H
