CS sucked. Moved around store looking at several items, staff stood around talking pretty much oblivious to customers.
While we could not get service in the camera department, 4 employees were throwing tape balls in jars at "customer service," which they apparently are lacking.
Better bet, don't waste your money on geek squad. Find a friend to fix it or learn how to yourself. It's pretty simple.
