Newly opened Monday. July. Doubled the cardio equipment with individual tvs on them. Weight room is seperate. Two full rooms for working out upstairs with 4 different age groups rooms of kids watch.

Spin classes are an awesome work out! Just make sure you get there 30 minutes early to reserve a bike for a class !!
