The entire staff works extremely hard and are very helpful throughout the day/night. Very knowledgeable & kind. Their morning breakfast is pretty gosh darn good. Don't knock it until you try it.
Good location near Penn Station. Breakfast buffet can be crowded but fills the belly. Angelina Bakery and Liberty bagels are good choices right nearby!
Elevators are a nightmare. Make sure to plan for extra time to catch one to actually leave the freaking building and see the city !
Our room facing the front was very noisy . Police and fire sirens going off. There was one noise (possibly a/c) that sounded like an air compressor turning on every 10 min... Light sleepers beware
