For a small airport , the Hungry Horse has an amazing cocktail menu and surprisingly great food. I highly recommend the LemonAid for any traveler bummed about going home.

GCM is such a small airport , so before you go through security, come up to Hungry Horse to get refreshments and kill time. They have daily specials for 8 CI!

The homemade chili is pretty good, if you don't mind some black pepper and cayenne. The food is pretty good overall, but service can be really slow when they're busy.
