I saw an old lady dragged her 5dogs in a cage to the lift by herself with difficulty. There’re 3 staffs there (2women &man),no other customer, but no one helped her!

Groomers were the lazy type, the-let’s-just-finish-this-don’t-want-any-additional-request-please attitude.

Be careful with your pets , check them. Mine was not bathed with care, it’s tail still unclean and they didn’t take out the cotton in its ear.

I’d rather go to other place, more expensive but I know the staffs is caring, professional, willing to answer, and POLITE. 4years ago this place was top of its class , now…….just below average.

The vitapet cashier was fucking rude, no respond to my question, nothing, no sorry, no nothing. And I even repeated my question! Fucking deaf? or just didn’t care.
