Best way to get to central London from stansted airport ! Make sure you buy your tickets online for a discount & not having to queue with all the tourists !!! UK plugs on board, clean train .

The Coffee Link on the platform makes surprisingly good coffee . Nice machine.

Very clean , comfy chairs , free wifi and sockets for laptop/phones. What else could u ask more ?

Buy your ticket in the plane ... Cheaper and stupid to miss train in front of your nose because you search money at cashier desk ;-)

Don’t forget to purchase an actual ticket before getting on the train - contactless and Oyster cars not accepted. They’ll make you pay a large fine on arrival at Stansted.

Cambridge trains leave from platform 2. Good news: increase frequency to Cambridge coming after April 2014 announcement :)

A little confusing to find the entrance for the Stansted Express once leaving arrivals.... just look for the train platform . Buy tickets online ahead of time (for a discount !)

Takes *much longer* than you might expect to get from the airport terminal to Platform 2 - leave at least 10 minutes.

Easy access to Stansted from Liverpool Street but like all trains in the Uk it is expensive

Late in the evenings it becomes a bit of a ghostly place but it is the fastest way back to London

The ticket inspection happens on arrival. This might slow you down to the security.

There is free wifi ! They say "for the moment", and there are plugs in the train !

One of the worst train stations at one of the worst airports around London. Avoid as much as possible or be prepared for poor navigation, cancellations, bad service etc.

Go fast to the stairs when people are leaving the train !
