Great hotel in a great location. Comfy bed . I did not find it noisy . Complimentary shuttle service within 3 miles. Very helpful with car rentals. I'd stay here again.

Gorgeous rooms & they sent up a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon. Lovely and modern with friendly staff .

Just see a show at our House? Save yourself the drive and stay at the Grafton. Much safer and they are right next door. There rooms are super rock n' roll! You'll love it.

Rooms on 1st floor only have one bar of cell service. The hotel is also very strict about putting a card on hold for incidentals. They knocked on my door and called my m many times demanding it!

Nice looking rooms and incredible location, but it seems to lack some finishing touches. Generally the customer service was good but a few of the staff were terse to the point of being rude.

Lively hotel in the middle of all the LA action - not a place for a peaceful stay but you get a personal oxygen tank if you've had too much fun!

Great value and fab location

Leave ample time when asking for assistance. It always appears understaffed or staffers have perpetually never ending breaks.

Hotel is fine and the staff are lovely but the walls are so thin I woke up thinking the people next door were in my room. You'll get a better night's sleep elsewhere

The Jane Suite has a stripper pole, but the dopest room is The Rat Pack...suitably.

You'll be up all night on the 2nd floor as they blast music all night long until 2am. It's so loud you'd think it's in your room. HORRIBLE!

No free wifi here!!! Expensive hotel and you have pay for Internet. I can get free wifi with a $1.50 coffee ! Get with the program Grafton!

Staff is very friendly , but hotel was whack. Room smelled, the tub backed up as soon as I turned water on, and we found several hairs on our towels. Biggest issue? Parking $35 per night. Never again.

Don't expect anything special at this hotel . The pool is the only highlight. Awkward decoration. Not so clean .

Very bad experience. Room dirty and with a strong smell of smocking, blood stain in the shower and on the curtain. Poeple yelling in the pool all night long.

They charge you fork Wifi . It is a very nice place but that's a shame. Very bad. ????
