A fairly clean gym (compared to what I keep hearing from others about other gyms ). Kudos to the cleaner, he always seems to be around. Friendly staff with lots of equipment.
Great gym , generally very clean , and not too over-crowded.
Zumba on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm and Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm are awesome!!! Big crowd and awesome instructor !
It is pretty chilly in the morning time at the gym , bring a sweater or wear long sleeves.
Working out is the best anger management!
