We went out on the lobster boat it was very interesting very good people very good with the visually impaired! Got to hold a live lobster .

FANTASTIC!!! I loved it so much!! Saw the famous humpback whale Gemini and greatly enjoyed the educational and witty commentary from our emcee! :) Dress WARM and stand in the bow - this boat is FAST!

Not sure it's worth the time and money. Yes the whales are amazing, but to see them first hand fighting the crowds takes a second place to watching a video in my opinion. No puke to deal with either.

And afterwards being on the phone and finally talking to someone getting the tickets, the morning of the cruise as i had already driven to the location, and got in line to get on the boat, it cancels .

Good trip, crew was awesome and we were able to see several whales and a couple sharks and a bunch of birds.

This place is beautiful, but with this company, I had some issues. To get the tickets for the whale cruise I had to call a specific number where I was placed on hold for almost an hour.

Fun catamaran ride out to the ocean with added bonus of whale and dolphin watching!

The naturalist on our tour was a pro and very knowledgable , plus we saw a ton of whales!

Woooo this boat is fast! Great views off the bow (front) of the ship on the main deck!

My only issue besides my bad luck was that, the cruise cancelled because of the fog. if you see that it's not safe to go, wouldn't you call the people who signed up that drove 30 minutes to be there?

The crew relies on tips, so remember to bring cash! Otherwise, you'll feel like an a-hole.

Find another tour if possible. Our tour was cancelled and we were moved to another time that did not fit our schedule. No email or call given about the cancellation . Oh and the new tour is shorter

Maybe again it's just my bad luck, but I thought that this company could have handled the situation better. Better communicated/ provided information. Etc.

Customer service of ticket agent needs customer service classes to reach common courtesy status

Disappointed when our 1:00 whale watching tour was cancelled :( They make the decision about 1hr prior to departure but don't call or email. Better safe than sorry, i guess. Offered no-hassle refund.

Am trips get canceled in the off season.
