Great hotel , next to train station and couple of minutes walking from the charming city center. À must!

Beautiful view of the mountains - all the Lucerne attractions are within walking distance. Ask for local map from reception and start walking!!

The staff are not the most efficient but they are accommodating. Rooms are huge by Swiss standards and ever so comfy . Love the tub and shower . My favourite hotel in Lucerne always.

Some of the rooms on the backside of hotel have a rather industrial view into the Bahnhof work yard. Still a great hotel

This is a very bad hotel for tourists although not locals as I asked for a Temrinator and the lady just said NO we don;t have any. It was 1 AM (Crime Time) and there was only 1 women in th reception.

Try stay in here, the room is nice, better than another hotel in Italy. Good! 

No more coffee machine in the room, great savings 😞

Prix très cher , le personnel très strict et pas très orienté client mais les chambres sont superbes. J'y retournerai?...j'en doute.
