Great staff , clean rooms , stellar location and great food! Don't forget to stop by the concierge for great spots to see!

Stayed here for a few nights in August. The rooms are in very clean shape as though the hotel was brand new. Hallways are quiet at night, and lobby is airy and elegant.

Go to the bar . Order an $8 Ooh La La with the Four Square tip. Cheapest drink you'll have in Manhattan. Don't worry if you're a guy! Last call at the bar at 12:30am but room service for wine is later!

Try one of Mixologist Jose Torrella's Garden Variety Summer Cocktails - they use fresh fruit and herbs veggies , from the rooftop .

An upmarket NYC hotel , comfortable and well decorated rooms (not the usual US beige!) with a good gym and very helpful staff . NOt sure why there is a "resort " type charge for a city hotel though......

Really lovely hotel . Very conveniently located in central Manhattan. The One Bedroom Suite which was very well-appointed and equipped with super-comfortable bed. Staff were always lovely and helpful.

It’s very nice of them when I arrived from the airport at 7 am, gave me a room immediately and put me in the top floor. Lovely features in the room. Many thanks to people who helped me happy holidays.

Overall experience was good during my stay and staffs especially the guard in front of hotel were attentive. The club area was under maintenance so we did not use full service here.

The breakfast is amazing???? everything is healthy and organic !

Try the lasagna at the Barclay Bar&Grill - it is all house made by the Chef , the pasta , the cheeses , the sauce. Very light and really tasty.

When they put WiFi in the rooms they took out the entertainment center, meaning no movies . Just basic cable.

Wifi in the lobby sucks. It's better to shut off the wifi and use cellular data to get the Internet running.

I would never stay here again. There was no room service nor servibar at the room. Staff dont care at all if u complain abouy anthing. The only nice person was the concierge .

Gym is on the 3rd Floor. Very few machines & most usually not working. Towels & headphones available though.

The drinks are very good at the bar and the staff is pretty friendly .

Great place if you like cold showers .
