You can't go wrong here. 4 cask engines serving "real" ale (English-style cask ale ), 10 draught taps with a rotating selection (including barrel-aged specialties), wine , and guest food carts .

Delicious... we're partial to the Pirate Stout (super dark with a coconut rum flavor - yum) and the elusive Sangre de Cristo. The occasional Fire n' Slice food cart is a smart addition :)

Trivia on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.! The food is great (Green Thumb Sandwich is my favorite!) and they have Jones Soda !

The cask ales are amazing! Try at least one, then head for the Pirate Stout .

With four cask beers on at all times as well as top of some very quality ales , santiam is becoming the best brewery in Salem.

Disappointed with Santiam Brewing. Web-site offers "$9 Growler Tuesdays". However, the Coal Porter is considered a CASK ale (?), and is excluded. Couldn't that have been mentioned on their web-site?!?
