Great spacious apartment and very kid friendly resort . The customer service needs improvement especially on response time. Limited selection on restaurants . But over all good place for kids.

Loved their breakfast buffet , variant. They have a beach , renting boats, jet skis , and jetovator. Free bus to and from seef mall and city centre. The bad thing here is their room service .

Clean apartments . Good for families (has daily events for children, has water slides ). Has a women-only closed swimming pool but has a view on the sea at the same time. 24h room service restaurant .

If you have kids they will enjoy it , small in size but the view is great ????

Good new hotel to enjoy in a good weather; the staff are kind, and there are different good activities for the families. Beach area is small.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa is great but it looks like it needs refurbishment. The check in area is small and the hotel was so busy and crowded .

It's good to have Beach activities close by .. Yet the resort is too small that during saudi's vacation is was a bit difficult to walk around! ... Must try their water sport activities !

Idk if this is a seasonal thing , But the breakfast Buffet was really crowded with families and some un polite people and little staff which can not control the mess over there, the food also is????

Love this place, the hotel is new, very friendly and lovely staff.The beach area is not very big but well managed.

As a beach it’s nice , good for kids entertainment , but doesn’t deserve five stars , I don’t like the bed it’s not satisfying also the breakfast not delicious and seems to be old ,

Amazing scene for the outdoor swimming pool specially at night

far from everything if you need only beach and place for the kids this will be good choice. Note that The elevator so much crowded and slow.

Rooms are big and price is affordable , towels not clean , elevators are too slow. Room service wasn't good, location is good if need beach only, everything minimum 20 mins away. Overall 6.9/10

منتجع جميل والخدمة جيده. الغرف وسيعه ونظيفة. المسبح ومنطقة الأطفال جدا مميزة. يعيبه بعده قليلا عن وسط المدينة. Nice resort with good service & pool. The only drawback is a little far from downtown

منتجع عائلي بحت مسابح وفعاليات مجانا الفندق رائق يعني من الصبح الى الليل بعدها تنتهي الفعاليات الليل طفش مافيه فعاليات لنا الكبار اللي يميزه فيه شاطي نسائي خاص لتان والسباحه اخذنا راحتنا على الاخر

المكان نظيف و بوفيه الفطور جيد الشقه شرحه و فيها كل الخدمات من مطبخ و ثلاجه و غسالة المسابح نظيفه و متنوعة للأطفال و الجميل انه فيه مسبح منعزل خاص بالنساء

بعيد عن وسط المدينه والازعاج . حلو وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز جدا كبداية رغم انه مش جاهز بالكامل حتى الآن ????كثير حاجات فري بمناسبة الافتتاح + لازم تجربون مساجهم رهيب ????

ممنتجع رايق وهادئ وجديد مناسب جداا للأطفال لان فيه العاب مائيه وخيول وحيوانات ورياضات مائيه .. لكن موقعه بعيد شوي عن وسط المدينه

منتجع جميل ونظيف ، في العيد كان فيه فعاليات رائعة للأطفال ، ماحبيت فيه إن المطاعم اللي فيه خدماته سيئة من ناحية جودة العمالة والإنتظار في الطلب والمحاسبة، للأسف مافيه أماكن معسلات يعني عائلي بحت .
