Ultra convenient location and super nice staff . No frills but amazing views .
Do not come here with a car. The hotel is in a restricted area and doesn't have its own parking (it uses that of its sister hotel ). And the staff isn't helpful at all to help you with that.
Book a lake view room! It is unforgettable!

Excellent location and rooms are clean and quiet however the hotel is old and staff are not friendly especially the receptionist "Elena" she is very rude !!!

Its an overpriced hotel with extremely poorly behaved front office staff.Their laundry burnt my dress and i was expected to sort it out with the laundry (external)

Отличное расположение, вид на соседний дом не интересный,надо требовать вид на озеро ,бесплатный интернет только на ресепшен ,что делает не возможным пообщаться по скайпу из-за людского шума и музыки .
