The ambience, food and service were all excellent. We had the Cullen skink to share (it was perfection!), and fish and chips , and chicken and haggis for mains. All the food was very tasty!
Fantastic place. Even though it’s right in the beginning / end of Ben Nevis trail , and therefore has lots of tourists and gets crowded , food is great and fair priced . Valley view is so calming !
Good food, great service, and cozy bunkhouse. An especially good place to sleep if you want to get an early start on Ben Nevis , and also a great place to celebrate after.
Perfect setting and great atmosphere for a hearty meal and well-deserved beer after a long day hiking . Don't come too late, though, dinner is only served until 9.
Great place. The haggis ... The Cajun chicken are amazing and if you only have one dessert then have the Cranachan.. It's out of this world.
The burgers are great. And chicken Cajun / onion rings are also very nice. Nice atmosphere.
Quite probably the best reward following the climb up Big Ben is a pint or better still a meal in this beautifully restored 200yr old barn. There's cracking live music to be had here too!
The wedges are not to be passed over! The chicken and bacon is the perfect starter.

Unbedingt reservieren! Ist nur für einen Snack geeignet. Habe schon besseres Essen zurück gehen lassen.
