When you pour kombucha on tap into a glass jar, in order to get rid of foam, insert a straw into the jar (don’t stir, just let it sit for a minute). Note: you have to pay for the non-plastic straws!

The Coco Loco is my favorite. I've had it made with whole and soy milk and either way it's delicious! Don't forget to take a look through the beautiful photography postcards on the tables inside.
