People complain a lot about this hotel , but lets be real. I'm happy for $54 a night. It's not the Hilton but if you expect that type of service and hotel you should spend the extra $100 a night there

Alisha checked me in and became my friend of sorts in Seattle. She gave me tips on where to go, how to utilize public transportation , she arranged tours for me. The hotel is okay. I had no problems.

...Also, on an interesting note, my room faced the cemetery across the street. Renovations of the masoleum were going on, the crypt front was open! Fortunately empty. It was like a honeycomb .

All the previous tips are accurate. TripAdvisor is very accurate. All reviews are extremely accurate.

Can’t purchase water without American money, front desk staff not terribly friendly or polite.

Wi-fi not worth much if it doesn't allow you to download!

Stay away from the roll away beds, they will poke you in places you do not want to be poked

Give urself plenty of time n patience 4 shuttle . Waited at airport 30 mins b4 picked up

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Our room had busy road right outside and it was very noisy , pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Old, gross and the beds were horrible

No wifi here. Stay away on a business trip.

Crappy hotel ...lights didn't work, room was dirty , etc. Spend your $$$ somewhere else!!!!

service is attentive but oh my word is it slow asked four times for coffee three times for a crib tried to get quarters to do laundry and got told to go to the bank
