Staff don't get to know their regulars very well . Been coming here same time everyday for a long time.. Still don't know my name or drink.
Cookie Crumble Frappuccino is pretty tasty but I'd go back to the coconut one or for non-caffeine the strawberries and creme.

Poor customer service with morning staff . I wasted a free drink this morning because it took too long to make my iced coffee and I missed my bus as a result.
