If you what to eat like a local you have to come here. "Bollito " its so good and its best known for its "Lampredotto " (best in town ). Not for all tastes but definitely a must try in Firenze.
Having tried five other trippaios , I gotta say, this might be some of the best lampredotto in the city . Worth the walk, also try the Bollito misto !
