As you get hungry, I recommend a 14 oz “Cowboy Steak ” from CC’s Smokehouse, about half of an inch thick and cooked on the flat top grill. You’ll love it.
The ribs are awesome. Great people making great BBQ . Also, try the mashed potatoes ! Too die for!
