Great gym . One if the best gyms I've ever been to. I've had a few chances to workout here. The gym however has a small free weights area that tends to get cramped.
Its all new and filled with great equipment... at first I thought it was small compared to the Rte 206 site, until I saw the upstairs free-weight area... Very nicely done folks!
Chris is a fantastic trainer . As a former D1 athlete he worked with me to shape my workouts so they are dynamic and help target and tone specific areas. Really enjoy this gym and the staff .
Almost open for business. This place is so clean and new. All the newest equipment and the best general manager around.
