Branch of a long-running chain serving Tex-Mex staples in a hacienda-style setting. The creation of El Fenix began in the 1890s with the birth of Miguel (Mike) Martinez. Over time, the El Fenix menu evolved into a new innovative style, now dubbed Tex-Mex.

Best chips and salsa around! And the service is always friendly .
Great chicken enchiladas and friendly staff .
This is the best location anywhere. Old fashion chicken taco is all I get and they are really good. Almost like a much higher quality in the 99 cent jack in the box tacos
Best chips ever! Try the Juarez!
One of my favorite Tex-Mex restaurants !
They changed all the food!! Not as good anymore. So sad!!
Taxco plate
Someone needs to get the hostess a happy meal
Wed special - $4.99 cheese enchiladas
Waiters r so slow today! Ugh!
El Fenix doesn't have vegetarian rice and beans.
This is such a classic neighborhood place with good old-school TexMex , but the service is awful. Just awful.
There is nothing good about this place I hate Texas.
Lunch fajitas, guacamole and desperado tacos are the yum - Darlene Lo
Carnitas tacos are very spicy. Great chip and dip as appetizer - Kinga Magiera
One of the best malls in Dallas. They have EVERYTHING you can think of at this mall.Loads of different brand names and local shops! Loved this variety. There's also a pond in the mall for children. - Barrett Wissman
There's some retirement homes nearby so the pharmacy can get VERY busy. Elderly peeps will sometimes pay by check here so... It can take a while. - Alex McGregor
