I've ever been to a restaurant that has worse customer service in my life. Gladly drive the extra distance and get helped by someone with courtesy.
This Subway has now taken away all water cups and require you to buy a drink in order to get water.
Water cups have been restored!!! But they're only 6 oz cups :( Better than nothing.
Worst Subway in the area. They won't even give you a cup for water! Go to the Tinley Park one on 191st or any other!
These people are pretty rude.
