Having lived on the east coast for the last 8.5 years I can say the customer service here isn't as bad as the locals think. Much friendlier than NY!
They are out of what I need a lot. Lines can get long and ridiculously slow.

Jerome Walmart is a million times worse, and much smaller store

Walmarts in general are terrible, but I think this store tried to hire the most rude people in Twin. Everyone here is grumpy and miserable.
Employees are average here, but the management is aweful!
This store has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Go to the Jerome store its worth the trip!
