My favorite hotel in Davao. It's located in city but like a resort , which has a wide garden , swimming pool , even beach . Good access to city , Samal island .

Breakfast here isn't an accurate depiction. It can actually pass for lunch with Adobo , Mongo Soup , Pancit Guisado and other "ulam".

if you have a choice, do not take the middle rooms because they get weak wifi signals. but you can always hang out at the lobby for your wifi needs

Terribly substandard breakfast buffet -- bad coffee , weird cheese , dry potatoes , etc. Good service though.
