Amazing breakfast spot . Come for the bennies. Leave with muffins and other baked goods for later. Excellent coffee and lots of neat groceries for gourmets.
The Eggwich. Egg on a wholemeal English muffin with mustard aioli . Substitutions were no hassle; swapping Gouda for baby spinach
This is by far the best place in Penticton to grab a coffee and some fresh baking. Lunch is also fantastic. Definitely go here, but don't tell anyone. It's my secret place !
Best breakfast joint around to go with your morning cup of joe! Eggs Bennie , baby!
Best eggs bene !! Available until 2pm on weekends. I find I am running in the door just to get it on Saturday as I don't wake up until 1pm.
Their fruit muffins really are bursting with fruit !
The breakfast burrito is great...but add chorizo and WOW! Outstanding!!!

Bench Egger with Bacon ! You're welcome!
The coffee is good.
Turkey club . americano misto
Breakfast burrito all the way.
Impressive breakfast sandwage there! If you go there say hi to Lynsee with the red hair and dreads.
Everyone, before they die, needs to experience the Bench bennie.
They've got a breakfast sandwich that tops the charts! Eat one.
Food is okay but coffee is horrible. All coffee-based drinks are scalding hot.
Very bad coffee . They use Backyard Beans which are over roasted.
Best espresso coffees in Penticton
I loved the Bench Pastrami panini . The cappuccino is not bad, but the food is better.
Chicken Mushroom Mozzarella sandwich is delish! The soup of the day was tomato parmesan and also delicious - Mary Follo
