After noon, the salt and pepper tofu is amazing. But this place opens early -- chinese donuts and housemade sweet soy milk make an awesome breakfast (if congee isn't your thing.)

Go around back and get the best fresh tofu in the Northwest. $1.75 for a block that you watch them cut from the vat. Can't get fresher or tastier than that.

Sweet or salty soy milk is great. Get Chinese doughnuts too. Rice cake with pork is my favorite. Salt and pepper tofu is great, but wait for it to cool down first.

Salt & pepper tofu is a must. Remember to grab a few fresh tofu products on your way out as well .
