The toughest yoga class I have had in the past year, but so productive. I definitely recommend this studio and their awesome teachers !
Classes are a workout for your body and soul. The teachers put their own spin on things, but the sessions all feature sun salutation warm-ups and familiar sequences.
Beautiful spacious studio with many changing rooms. The classes are a nice size and the staff are wonderful.
10% discount on five class , ten class , and one month unlimited cards for Whitney members (excludes single classes , first timer specials, infinity membership, and events )
My favorite yoga studio . Take a class with Deb, Brynn , and Stacey . And if you're a student, ask about a discount .
They’re on Classpass as well . If you use Classpass, you need to pay to rent a mat/ bring your own. Halima’s classes are amazing!
The hour L2 classes are solid, pretty gentle for stretching/balance.
These classes are perfect for getting into your goal summer shape. You'll come out sweating but relaxed, calm and ready for the rest of the day.

Stacey & Bryn are two amazing ladies. As us this entire staff ! Knowledgeable and nuturing. Get to a class here!! :)
The best yoga studio in NYC!
All the teachers are great but try for Stacey , Brynn or Deb Bagg.
Love Bryn 's level 2/3 class . It's kind of magical.
Had a class with Anna today - she's fantastic!
level 1 is great
Take Level 2 with Amanda. She's great!!
Take elizabth and brettes class ! Win
I was rudely refused entry to an hour long class for being 8 minutes late! The center's policies are anti-customer & incompatible with the true spirit of yoga ! The staff was unwelcoming & intransigent
Everything here is great! Not super hot but gets you sweaty. Great music and great instructors . Good vibezzz! - Justin Sun
Definitely a place for true yogis. It was a bit intinidating for a beginner in the open level class. Challenging workout & clean facilities. Cafe has awesome vegan selection. - Christina C.
Lovely little studio in LES. Solid teachers, nice warm atmosphere, a good pace of practice for various levels. Free mats too! - Ranu Rajkarnikar

Beautiful salad bar, wide array of beer, tasty ready-made food, chocolate milk in glass bottles, MYO peanut/almond butter,, delicious pastries, I really could go on :-) - Nefertiti
