I enjoyed my stay here. You can only put so much paint over an old crumbling building, though. The parking was bad. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
Best hotel in town ? Sure cause there is nothing else. It's okay - needs improvements. It's old - they also lost our reservation even though I prepaid. Stay in Orlando and commute if you can.
Just got engaged here!!! The food was amazing and the lighting provided the perfect romantic setting !!!!

soooo....even if you book a double bed room, they can give you a single bed room because booking a reservation doesn't guarantee a room selection.

Food is completely underwhelming. Filet mignon & arugula salad both disappointed. Check out one of the nearby restaurants instead.
We call this Our Hotel....love everything about it....walk out the front entrance and you are in a world of beautiful shops and restarants, movie IMAX theater. Just a wonderful hotel and location! - Julie C.
