If you're in Hanoi then stay here. Ultra friendly/helpful staff, clean towels (proper ones, not thin excuses) every day. Good breakfast and they bring you a glass of water if you're in the lobby. - Neal Ledwith
One of the best we ever stayed in. Fantastic atmosphere. Great pool, very friendly staff. We overslept (jetlag) and missed breakfast: they just sent 2 trolleys with delightful food to our room. Top! - Thijs van Schadewijk
