Love this hotel ! Nice staff , super clean , great little bar , fantastic buffet breakfast (15€ for hotel guests and worth it). Most staff spoke great English and had great tourist tips for us :)

Lobby area lovely, free parking & wifi & friendly helpful staff . Rooms clean but 4 star quality questionable. Paper cups for coffee and wooden paddle pop sticks for spoons... :-|

Lovely family friendly hotel . Nice, spacious and cool rooms. Great staff as well . Plus, my children solved a puzzle and they got free icecream from the hotel . They loved it. Well done Novotel.

Very healthy and quite full breakfast in a modern style breakfast place...The stuff are always polite and ready to explain everything you need ir help you out...

Plain hotel in inconvenient location to anuthing except the offices on Kirchberg Plateau. Construction on going behibg the hotel makes it even more annoying.

Breakfast is very nice but for a business hotel you need to pour coffee not provide a coffee machine . It cannot cope with so many coffee drinkers in the morning.

Free wifi . Good sized rooms. Staff is very friendly . Small bathrooms with poor amenities . Paper thin walls, you can hear you neighbors.

The parking is not free anymore as of this past winter. They've installed gates and a ticket dispensing machine at the entrance to the parking area.

Get a Twizzy for free depending on your room level ;)

The room service menu are pretty much similar to the dinner menu in the restaurant at the lobby. There's no hair conditioner and not much toilet amenities in the room tooth brush is on request.

Be careful, they do overbooking! I prepaid 230€ for a room, confirmed the booking on the day of my arrival, and didn't get a room! Scandalous! I'll never come back!

Room smelling cigarettes. Disgusting! Good point though: they changed it without moaning, as a first reaction. Standard or what? ;)

Worst hotel ever. Untrained staff . Poor language skills and if you have any problems (they charge me twice) they have no immediate answers/solutions for you: the customer. Will never come back.

Personal muy amable , tratan muy bien a los niños. Bien ubicado y con acceso a transporte público , cuenta con estacionamiento . Gimnasio bien equipado. Desayuno bueno, abundante.

Zaten yorgun geldik. Ama wi fi oldukça hızlı. Küveti dokdurun. Yorgunluk başka türlü çıkmıyor

Otel son derece temiz. Sabah kahvaltısı son derece dolu. Tavsiye ederim.

Odalari ferah ve büyük. Oteli begendim ancak kahvalti berbat.meyve salatasi yedim sadece. Onunde otobus duragi var. Ulasim kolay.

Sokak konserlerine takilin...muhtesem....
