Very disappointed. The hotel rooms are too small for a 5 star.The staff is NOT kind, they just now about shops, nothing about the sightseeing.Very central but I'm sure there is a better hotel in town

Отличные завтраки и расположение. Сама гостиница уже старовата, номера скучные и неуютные,пора бы обновить интерьеры .В общем, такой экс-роскошный отель .Есть утюг в номере (ужасный), вода , фен (старый)

Отель ОТЛИЧНЫЙ. Персонал не навязчиво и незаметно, но с достоинством старается услужить. Москвичка Таня, не довоольна уборкой .... Так это Европа....в Турции убирают лучше)))))))
