Our waitress , Shana, was wonderful!! 2 out of 3 meals in our group was prepared incorrectly and she handled it extremely well . Also, the manager spoke to us and offered a generous discount ! Perfect!

Server Matt was fantastic, and all the other servers were also very attentive and helpful. The best Applebee's that I've ever been to.

I will not be returning nor will I recommend it. The rock music was so loud that it prevented conversation and a relaxed meal. If your demographic is newly minted adults, you got it. Count me out.

Ask about the free fry refills. They didn't mention it to me at all.

I had some of the worst service ever tonight. I won't be going back for a long time. It took 10 minutes for someone to greet us and my food came out 10 minutes after the rest of my parties did.

Will charge you for refills when you don't ask for them. And when glass is half full.
