Just so good...definitely try the specialty rices : basmati currants saffron and basmati saffron sour cherrie with the combination kebabs ...tongue-biting delicious period
Portions are pretty big so you can share but if you’re really hungry don’t! The kabobs are delicious ???? and the stews as well . This location is the best! Great service and not too expensive !
A cute Persian restaurant . Great for families. Best kebab choices are the sultani or the kobideeh. Cheap for the amount of food they give you. Recommended!
Everything is good. I like the kebabs . The stews also look interesting. The drinks are fantastic! The only thing is that I wasn’t a fan of the desserts because they seemed too sweet.
Everything is good here... Very reasonably priced, for large portions and great service and wonderful foods - got few appetizers and kebabs , omg all so delicious!!
Hands down the best Persian food in the city . Beef kebabs , chicken skewers , dolmeh, alaboo (cherry rice ) are some of what you should try. From the dessert , pyramid is mouth watering
Mirza Ghasemi a mashed char-grilled eggplant with eggs in tomato & garlic sauce was very tasty. Kebabs we ordered the combo as well as the lamb and chicken , sirloin ones were my favorite and the
Fabulous and authentic Persian food . The pistachio and rosewater ice-cream is delicious. If you're a group, order different things and share. Yummy cranberry rice . We had the nicest waitress here.
The stuffed peppers are a must. Great place for a group of people, order a bunch of kabobs (combo is good) & a stew (we had lamb , was great) & taste everything. The sour cherry rice is great as well !
If you wanna taste Persian cuisine in NYC you should come here. Try Sultani kebab with Shirazi salad . Don't forget to try Dough ab ali ☺️????????
Lamb Kebabs were awesome, and those portions were pretty big. Shared a kebab , hummus and babaganoosh between 2 ppl and were stuffed. I'd pass on the rose water pistachio ice cream .
Authentic and Delicious Persian food . We recommend the combo kebab platter, its enough for 3 people. For $40 you can't go wrong. The green chutney sauce compliments the flavor of the kebabs well .
Save room for Persian ice cream , which is a unique combination of pistachio , saffron and rose water . It's like no other flavor you've ever had. And if you're too full, you can order it to-go.
Large, filling portions with delicious chicken and meats. The sour cherry rice was delicious. The green sauce with the kebab and rice took the flavor to a whole new level.
The best kebabs I've had anywhere. The Koobideh kebabs were the best but order the combination if you have a couple people. Large portions .
We tried Lamb chops and Potato chicken salad . Both were delicious. Also the complementary pita is good.
Goirmet Sabzi, Kobeideh Kebab and the appetizers are amazing the best persian restaurant in town highly recommended ????????????
Fantastic Persian food . We split their combination skewers and they were delicious.
Don't listen to any negative tips. I've been to every Persian restaurant in the city and Ravagh is BY FAR the best. Kubideh is my fave. Ask for tahdig.
I had the chicken with rice and it was really good!Huge portions so it would be better if it’s shared with someone else.
ANAZING best babaganoosh I've tried so far, very good beef and lamb kebab
The chicken kebabs are AWESOME! Big portions . Get the Persian tea after your meal or the Persian ice cream - YUM!
Try anything barbequed . Delicious choices of rice and they come in big portion . Very nice and cozy place. Good for group or couples
Love this! My second tip --> must get Persian Pistachio Ice Cream !! Yum ???? huge quantities, good for two ppl.
Ash Reshteh is legitimately amazing. Salad Olivie as well . All the kabobs , and probably all the stews , but I love the Fesenjoon and Ghorme Sabzi.
The Tahdig(crispy rice ) with khoresh Ghormeh Sabzi (a sour stew of meat and herbs) is delicious.
I had a phenomenal time. Food is absolutely great and the ambience is alright. It's just a small place. But do visit you will like it.
Swap rice for grilled veggies , or better yet skip the kebabs and order the pomegranate walnut chicken stew ????
I’d highly recommend lamb kebab with rice !! After having your food try the tea so tasty!!
One of the only places you can get a legit fesenjoon. Kebab sultani also worth it.
Simply the best shish kebab you would eat in NYC ! ????
Big portions , great food! Really can't go wrong with any of the kebabs .
Great place, the starters were great and the ground beef main was really tasty
Best cholo(chicken) kabob I’ve ever had, barg and koobideh were decent
Food is amazing. Get the lamb kabob and extra portions of the green sauce !!
Wow! I’m not a Persian food expert but I was with people who were and we All loved it!
Very generous portions here. Get one entree and a salad to split between 2
Great chicken kebab and option to substitute rice for veggies .
The zereshk Polo and the skirt steak kabob were amazing
We didn't like most of the food. The Hummus , baklava and the berry rice were nice. I would pass on the rest.
I liked the chicken kebab and the rice as well .
Really interesting and good food such as chicken in walnut pomegranate sauce
Good kubideh lunch w basmati rice but bread a bit stale
Chicken kobideh is my favorite, but everything here is delicious.
Best Kabab in New York
Kebabs were amazing as were all of the sauces
All food is great, the rice is really great.
Chicken kobideeh was great. Awesome portions.
Although I've had better Persian food overall, the albaloo polo (sour cherry rice ) is AMAZING. A must try!
Good portion size. The waitress was very friendly . Like the tzatziki they give
You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. Great customer service. Highly recommend. - COUTUREBOY
Shawarma is wonderful, a sufficient entree for two persons. Great spot and super welcoming waiters. - Carlos Carreto
Everything is good here! I would recommend going in the evening because the scenery is beautiful. Even in the winter time here you can't go wrong. - Pamela Benford
Great way to take in the whole city. We went on a Friday at 1pm and there was no line. Staff are very helpful and courteous. - Chad Curry
One of the best hookahs in NYC, good Mediterranean cuisine. Place has free space and high ceiling so it doesn't feel crowded even when it is. Music is not too laud. Staff is very friendly. - Roman Belous
