My first ever ceviche experience and I loved it! Had the salmon tartare , the suviche and the suviche roll. Everything was so fresh and light. Love how they offer half sushi rolls .

The Ceviche natural fish and the Suviche michelada were the best and I would come back just for them. The Miami and Suviche sushi rolls where tasty but have had much better elsewhere.

Been here for the 5th time, and the happy hour is still great. Happy hour menu , booze, all the sauces(or base)made for the dish - are all amazing. Such a great place ????????????????????????

The sushi here has unique flavors and sauces that you would not get at traditional sushi restaurants. Very delicious and fresh.

Tuna tataki , sushi are super fresh and yummi — Perfection Rolls must try.

I just had the tuna tartar (light and tasty) and the pescado escabache (lil spicy and tangy ) both dishes were amazing!! The server is attentive and so is the management. Tasteful food.

Highly recommend SuViche...love the Saltado (with seafood ) & pescado escabeche ! Extra bonus is the crushed ice with the drinks and tasty corn appetizer which is free--nice added touch! Staff is great

ceviches are all very fresh and tasty. we also had aji de gallina and lomo saltado and we enjoyed both as well . service is really fast. well done!

The Chifa Ceviche is off the chain & so is the Citrus Fire Roll Sushi ! I had a Suvichelada beverage too (very unique). I loved it all.

Their SuViche salad paired with any one of their rolls is a perfect lunch ! I usually get their coconut roll and my bf loves their SuViche roll. Enjoy! (:

Delicious! The Aji de Gallina was the best I've had. I wanted to lick the plate, but exercised restraint. The Lomo Saltado was excellent as well .

Stellar ceviche . It's much more casual of a place than I expected. Think chipotle of ceviche . Worth the trip though

Delicious!! Don't bother trying to find street parking as a tourist , there's garages close by and lots of the streets seemed like residential parking only.

Space is nice. Owner seems good. Server doesn't seem very prepared for vegan questions. SuViche sushi is great.

Sushi is spicy , but other stuff is great.

Order the "natural" ceviche : that's the traditional recipe minus the fearsome "rocoto" pepper (the Peruvian napalm)
