The pâté board: house-made chicken liver pâté . Excellent. Best shared, though: it's a lot of pâté !
Interesting vibe; feels very new-American but the food has a strong SE Asian bent. I thought the brisket sandwich was disappointing, but the Vietnamese salad was solid (if you like vinegar).
This is an Aspen MUST! The charcuterie boards are mouthwatering, the drinks were great and the service was on point! Such a great spot!
Everything! But especially chicken liver pate . And most definitely the Vietnamese creme brulee dessert . Do not pass up on this.
Great spot for a meal! Kale salad , fried chicken bites & southern biscuits were delicious!!
