Be ready for high winds & wind gust. But great photographic point for landscape photographers . Choose your time & weather wise to get the max of your visit. Ultra wide angle lenses is a MUST to bring.

Vic McGin

So you have to do the loop walk, it’s easy and you get an excellent cross section of beaches . Reward yourself with a mango macadamia ice cream at the top 🍦

Natalie

The walk up to the lighthouse is the best thing.. the views on the way up are amazing. On the way back it’s nice to walk along the beach .

Lisa Starbucks

The way up to the lighthouse is probably the best part of it. It's definitely the one thing to do at Byron Bay! The view is amazing 🤩

Ida Leirvik

Has a nice view . You can see dolphins and wales if you are lucky. There are different ways up. You can walk or drive. There are also a café on top.

Watch the whales and the world go by ... the most easterly point of the Australian mainland ... a must 'tick' on the 'have been there' list ... love it!

Mary

Go past the lighthouse when driving (almost as if you were leaving the lighthouse ) for more parking .

The $7 parking fee is worthwhile if you are making a short stop in Byron Bay. The view is spectacular, especially from Captain Cook's lookout.

James R

Bring $7 cash for parking . If you don't have cash the gift shop has EFTPOS and will sell you a ticket

Great sunset run. Up the road . Down the path to watego's and back to Byron along the beach ...good for the soul and the calf muscles .

Bike up to the top and score the best view .

Parking at the top of the hill is $7 for cars, $3 for motorcycles. Well worth it on a hot day; otherwise, park at the bottom and walk it (slowly).

Jonny Craft

Get the mango and macadamia ice cream from the top!

Kieran O'Donovan

Driving up? Read the fine print ! Disappointing how if you want to enjoy a sunset & ur car is parked near the lighthouse , it'll cost $40 to be let out by an exploititive security co of Gangsters! ;-o

Jason Denny

What a rip job.. $7 to park . Fucking ridiculous!

Polina 👸 Поля

Самая восточная часть Австралии. Стóит оставить машину внизу (экономия $7 за парковку ) и подняться пешком чтобы увидеть по пути дельфинов и черепах . В сезон можно увидеть китов. И валлаби в кустах😉
