Super nice hotel . Great service for meetings. Loved the complimentary afternoon M&M and orange snack delivered right to my room. Did not love the ridiculously loud A/C unit in the room.

Great room, well located, a bit disappointed by the breakfast that I found quite short on pastries .

I unlocked the 4 square 'Newbie Special' for a free cup of Starbucks on my first check in.....and they said they don't honor 4 Square specials. False advertising!

Family visiting me, recommended here to stay. Was told in AM we could watch football game in bar w/ handicapped father and now we can't. Bartender not so nice or accommodating.

Don’t forget to take a towel in with you when you take a shower . They keep them outside the bathroom/shower room.

I've been living out if hotels for 3 years for work and have never felt this uncomfortable or unwanted in a place I'm giving business. It's not a great feeling.
