The savory Pan con Chicharrón made with delicious salted pork tenderloin , grilled sweet potato slices, and topped with Criolla sauce will have you saying: Uno más, por favor!
The guys running the truck were super nice. I had 2 (baked) empanadas -chicken and spinach & cheese , they also have beef . Not really thrilled; DC Empanadas are my fav, but if you want baked, try here.
The pork sandwich was simple--meat and red onions--but packed a lot of flavor.
Get a bottle of the hot sauce . It is amazing on practically everything.
Great food truck ! Quinoa salad is excellent. The meat dishes are tasty also. Haven't managed to grab an empanada yet.
The owners are really nice and ridiculously attractive . Come if only for that. On the food front, the chicharron sandwich is ????????????
