I purchase a $90 dollar pair of glasses and within three weeks one of the lens fell out. Within another 3 weeks the glasses came completely apart .
Had an appt for 1:30. When I got there they told me dr hasn't had lunch I wld have to wait until 3 wtf?? Went across to Pearl Vision. Got in within 20 min.
Not too busy on a Thursday lunch break... These kind of places suck on the weekend though ;)
They are pretty nice, nut they scheduled me for a 9am appt and the dr doesn't even come in until 9:30. Automatic half hour wait.
DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE! I mean sure if you want to throw your money out, while be treated rudely and having large amounts of your time wasted waiting around, go for it.
Very rude staff . Don't go there if you have anything more than a very basic Rx - they are not equipped to deal with special needs and the prices are no better than custom shops at that point.
