Avoid the chair right by the syrup pumps! Even though there is a glass partition, some drops get on the seat, leaving a sticky mess!

Disappointing considering Starbucks consistency with good customer service.

I found out why my coffee tasted burnt, Pay attention to when they make your drink, they don't wash/rinse the porta filters :( yuck!
