I've worked here for five years so my opinion is slightly biased. Staff are understanding if you have an issue as long as you speak to them like human beings instead of making a scene. Book in advance

Get an unlimited card , go at least 2 times in a month and you get your money back! You can see every film - if you're a lover of films and you can see a film more than once and it won't cost anything

Before going to watch your film go to Poundland or Family Bargains in The Mall to get a drink/snack. SO much cheaper than buying it at Cineworld. Just need to be sneaky getting it past staff lol!

Fairly New Cinema , looks great. Very friendly staff , toilets generally clean . Good range of films . If you are disabled, check lift to cinema is working before you travel. Even if it isn't, lots to do.

Take a coat or blanket.....was absolutely FREEZING in there! Great film though, go see it ????????

Cineworld unlimited card is only great if you go two/three times every month. Be warned, 3d movies cost extra even with the card, and its not for the glasses.

The Cine card works out really well .Snacks are not that great.Good movie screens though...

You could easily spend hours here. There is lots to do, but watch for the parking . The wardens have no mercy!! You have been warned!

Get there 5 minutes before the film starts as the seats are first come first serve - so the best seats go quickly!

Cineworld Luton does Bargain Tuesday tickets. Come to the cinema on any Tuesday and get cut-price entry.

Omg. The food as with any cinema is shite, expensive either burnt or uncooked. The staff need lessons in politeness and the cleaners need a refresher course. Just pull the tip down. Very poor

Avoid! The Galaxy car park is now shut. You have to park ages away, and pay. Felt very unsafe on route, lots of unsavoury characters and beggars.
