It's so big so it does not get to crowded . It is not in a big vacation area like Cape Cod do it is nice and peaceful . There are places to have BBQs too.

Beautiful vast beach state park with trails and fields and sand and ocean. I’m very lucky to live a 3 minute drive away.

Best beach in Connecticut! Has restrooms , showers , and changing areas. Also has some snack shops.

Weekend parking is $13 for in-state residents and $22 for out of state . Students, remember to bring your ID and proof of residency just in case!

Tell them you are camping and park in visitors and walk through the campground ....it's free that way
