Sunrise☀️. It's more fun in Kiltepan ❤️ It's located 1-2km of rough road from the main road from Petron, & around 4-5km from the town hall . Definitely a sight to behold.

Sunrise is worth the 2-km walk coming from Sagada's town proper. You can hire a van for 500 pesos (cheaper for groups since you divide the fee).

It also really nice view in the afternoon. Time now 4.49pm. And it's easy walk to here, it took me around one hour and 15 mints . Also there is a cafe here.

The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and enchanting. Overlooking sea of clouds and below are terraced rice fields .

Best place to visit during sunrise . Although sometimes, it’s so foggy that you cannot see it. All depends on timing

The trail to Kiltepan is filled with Pine trees and its scent on a early morning breeze is the best thing to experience at Sagada.

Leave as early as 4:30 if you'll be walking all the way from the town proper to here. It is about 4kms and will take you to trek it at about over an hour.

You won't always get to experience the sunrise . Sometimes the fog and cloud cover would be too much.

Just prepare headlamps as there are parts of the Place that are not properly lit and the trail to Kiltepan is dark. Also bring your jacket because its really cold up there.

While waiting to see the sea of clouds , have a sip of coffee or instant noodles in a cafe nearby

Kiltepan peak was still covered with thick layer of fog when we went there . There were no traces of the sun at the peak not even a glimpse.
